Workforce development funding (formerly referred to as learning beyond registration/LBR) is an opportunity to progress your career and your CV by gaining university accredited qualifications.

These modules are aimed at health and social care professionals, mental health workers, criminal justice, medics and voluntary sector workers at band five and above (or equivalent) whether newly qualified or with several years of experience.

The Institute is an established provider of workforce development training with modules provided through the University of Nottingham.
