 the speakers.\nIn our 2nd annual summer symposium\, held this year in-pers
 on at the impressive Djanogly Arts Gallery and Lakeside Arts Centre on the
  University of Nottingham campus\, our focus is treatment-resistant schizo
 phrenia (TRS) in forensic settings.\nTRS can have a dramatic impact on the
  quality of our patient’s lives. Clinicians’ roles in management are chall
 enging in any environment\, and can be especially so in forensic settings\
 , due to a complex interplay of comorbid conditions\, risk considerations 
 and criminal justice involvement. We will receive updates from UK research
 ers on the neuroscientific and clinical understanding of TRS\, administrat
 ion of NG and IM clozapine in challenging scenarios\, and discuss a local 
 initiative to streamline clozapine prescribing in prisons.\nSpeakers inclu

 Nottingham (FRN) is a research group based at the Institute of Mental Heal
 th with links to Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and the U
 niversity of Nottingham. The group’s members include researchers in neuros
 cience\, clinical and epidemiological psychiatry\, clinicians working in f
 orensic settings\, and academics in multiple related fields including crim
 inology\, health and justice\, and human rights. This is the 2nd FRN summe
