  for the Centre for Mental Health and Human Rights.11:00 -12:00\, Tuesday 
 29th October in A07 at the Institute of Mental Health\, Jubilee Campus. \n
  \nThe Centre examines the intersection of mental health with human rights
  and has completed work in developing inexpensive and pragmatic responses 
 to mental distress. More information on the Centre can be found here.\n \n
 Professor Peter Barlett has done an outstanding job leading the Centre in 
 past years and has decided to take a well-earned step back. Professor Ralp
 h Sandland and Dr Grace Carter who are based at the School of Law have bee
 n appointed as the new co-directors. They are inspired by and have great r
 espect for the research already supported by the Centre and are keen to bu
 ild on the work already done to support and inspire members in their resea
 rch. \nThis meeting aims to bring current and prospective members together
  to re-introduce the Centre\, its work\, what it can offer individuals and
  other research groups/centres and how to get involved. \n \nA programme o
