 e.\n \nSpeaker Bio:\nDr. Niquita Pilgrim is the co-lead of The Cultural Co
 nnection\, a community organisation dedicated to delivering culturally inf
 ormed mental health services. With over 15 years of experience across the 
 public\, private\, and voluntary sectors\, Niquita is committed to a colla
 borative approach in creating evidence-based interventions aimed at improv
 ing the health and wellbeing of communities facing systemic barriers. Her 
 work spans health\, social care\, and the criminal justice system\nBy part
 nering with local communities\, mental health foundation trusts and the cr
 iminal justice sector\, she focuses on building accessible\, culturally re
 levant services rooted in cultural humility. Niquita is passionate about f
 ostering genuine partnerships that bridge the gap between institutions and
  communities\, ensuring that research and practice come together to improv
