 IND' Presented by Isaac Duncan-Cross\n  \nIsaac Duncan-Cross is nearing th
 e end of his PhD at the University of Sussex under the supervision of Dr E
 leanor Miles and Dr Ben Hicks\, focussed on affect regulation and help see
 king in people with dementia. His research takes place in collaboration wi
 th the DETERMIND Project\, a national research initiative focussed on tack
 ling dementia care inequalities in the UK.\nIsaac will present the mixed-m
 ethod findings of his PhD research\, looking at the relationship between c
 oping and formal service use in dementia. He will present coping styles as
  a novel predictor of diagnostic timing in dementia\, performing above and
  beyond pre-established sociodemographic predictors. He will also discuss 
 both coping and help seeking post-diagnosis\, as experienced by people wit
