Research Symposium: OPM-MEG - potential applications for clinical research

This one-day symposium, sponsored by the British Neuroscience Association, will bring together basic and clinical researchers, to provide an account of the emergence of OPM-MEG as an exciting new research tool with applications for clinical populations. The meeting will provide an opportunity for early career and established researchers with an interest in incorporating this technology into protocols for research projects in clinical populations. We will first hear from some of the pioneers in developing the technology, and from the National Institute for Health and Care Research Nottingham Biomedical Research Centre (NIHR BRC), which is very keen to support in building collaborative networks. We will then hear from speakers already conducting OPM-MEG based projects in clinical populations, who will be able to provide insights into pathways to successful funding applications.
