Many people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) have problems with thinking skills, such as problem-solving, attention, and memory. These problems cause distress and disability and there is a need for treatments to address them.

We have developed a new 'brain training' treatment to help people with MS who have problems with thinking skills.

This study aims to test whether this training (known as the SMART programme) is acceptable to people with MS. We will also assess whether we can do a larger study to test whether SMART improves thinking skills in people with MS
