(*online sessions will be facilitated via Microsoft Teams. Please be aware the University of Nottingham is not fully equipped for hybrid events, so this will not be an alternative to the main conference.)

The Third UK and Ireland Mental Diversity Law Conference will take place at the Trent building, University of Nottingham on Thursday 6^th and Friday 7^th July 2023, preceded on 5^th July with a preconference for research students and early career researchers. 

While we are still finalising plans, the following plenary sessions seem to be shaping up with confirmed speakers in each plenary theme as follows:

Mental health law and the digital society

We want to be an inclusive event. We are fortunate to have secured funding from the Wellcome Trust for the third time to ensure at least 20 per cent of delegates and half of our plenary speakers will have lived experience.

We encourage speakers where possible to prepare easy-read versions of their abstracts for submission.

An easy read document is attached for perusal.

Assistance will be available at the conference to support everyone attending to enjoy it equally.
