Dr Rajamani has a broad spectrum of clinical and research expertise on Psychiatry, epidemiology, biostatistics, molecular genetics, RNA biology, and relevant bioinformatics.

He has experience of leading basic science, translational research, qualitative, epidemiological, pharmacogenetic, biomarker and next-generation sequencing studies, and systematic reviews. He has completed M.D. and Ph.D. (Psychiatry) in Christian Medical College, Vellore, India and Ph.D. (Bio-medicine) in Aarhus University, Denmark. He is the Academic Training Programme Director for Psychiatry in our University, and he is one of the regional (Midlands) leads of the Deep Dementia Phenotyping network (http://demondementia.com/)
