A paper recently published by Professor Richard Morriss in the Journal of Affective Disorders received national TV and newspaper coverage. 

The research explored the effectiveness of using Alpha-Stim cranial electrotherapy stimulation to treat people living with generalised anxiety disorder (GAD). The study concluded that daily usage of the Alpha-Stim device may be effective treatment for people living with GAD, and would cost less than individual CBT sessions and associated health costs.
