A mental health nurse and counsellor by background. I teach mental health nursing (although most of my teaching nowadays is post-graduate).

My Masters was in Counselling Studies, and my PhD in mental health promotion through participatory arts. Arts & Health is my main research area. I also provide training for mental health awareness for public-facing staff.
