Mohan is a Consultant in Liaison & Neuropsychiatry with Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

He has CCT in General Adult & Old Age Psychiatry and is completing a PhD in Neuroscience and Psychiatry. He has worked as Clinical Assistant Professor in Psychiatry from 2016 to 2020 and currently works as Honorary Assistant Professor in Psychiatry at University of Nottingham. He continues to work closely with research colleagues at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), University of Nottingham.

Currently he is the process of setting-up specialist Neuropsychiatry services in Derbyshire. He is currently the principal investigator for portfolio studies in Derbyshire trust such as the RCT for ‘CANnabidiol for Parkinson’s Disease Psychosis’.

Mohan continues to contribute to the neuroscience curriculum for the medical students in University of Nottingham.
