Lou Rudkin - Interim Head of Research and Operations – Lou has extensive experience in communications. She provides guidance and oversights to all research and evaluation projects.

Dr Louise Thomson – Lead Academic – Louise is an Occupational Psychologist with over 25 year’s experience of research and consultancy in organisations. She provides oversight, supervision and support to the team.

Caitlin McKenzie – Research Support Officer – Caitlin is a skilled researcher with experience in conducting and project managing various evaluations and research projects.

Dr Cat Jeynes – Senior Research Delivery Officer – Cat has both academic and clinical experience in mental health and has extensive experience in project management, particularly specialising in quantitative research.

Ginette Taylor - Research Grants and Contracts Officer – Ginette provides support for contract mobilisation and invoicing and has provided this support on many research and evaluation projects.
